An administrator verifies it and activates your subscription — usually within a few hours. We do not process credit or debit cards on the platform, so your card details are never collected or stored.

No. Plans are prepaid for a fixed term and do not auto-renew, so there is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends when the term finishes unless you choose to buy another term. If you believe a payment was taken in error, contact support and we will review it under our refund policy.
