Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Complete PTE website and service operated by us.
By accessing and using Complete PTE (completepte.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Permission is granted to access and use Complete PTE for personal, non-commercial PTE Academic preparation purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
Some parts of the Service require a paid plan ("Premium Access"). Premium Access is a one-time purchase that grants access for a fixed period (for example, a set number of days) determined by the plan you select. It does notauto-renew and there is no recurring billing — when the access period ends, your account simply reverts to the free tier and you may choose to purchase again.
We do not process card payments or store payment-card details, and there is no automated payment gateway. Payment is made offline(for example, by bank transfer or eSewa) and you submit a screenshot or reference of the payment for manual review. Premium Access is activated by our team after we verify the payment, and a plan's duration begins from the time of activation. Because there is no subscription to renew, there is nothing to cancel; access lapses automatically at the end of the paid period.
Refunds. As access is granted manually after verification, if you are charged in error, charged twice, or your Premium Access is not activated after a verified payment, contact support@completepte.com and we will correct the error or issue a refund for the affected amount. Refund requests for an activated plan are considered on a case-by-case basis to the extent required by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Complete PTE and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Nepal and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Complete PTE.
Our Service allows you to submit audio recordings and written responses to practice questions, and — through the AI Tutor feature — to send typed questions together with the practice answer you ask about (collectively, "Content"). You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant us the right to process it through third-party AI providers solely for the purpose of providing you with scoring, feedback, speech-to-text, and tutoring. This processing may occur on infrastructure located outside your country, and Content processed by these independent providers is also subject to each provider's own terms, which we do not control. We do not claim ownership of your Content, and we do not use your practice responses or tutor conversations to train our own AI models. We cannot, however, make binding commitments on behalf of independent third-party AI providers regarding their use of data under their own policies.
You may not use the Service:
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
In no event shall Complete PTE, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
